AIDS Loving Heart Ornaments, beaded with red ribbons, are crafted with care by South African mothers, who benefit directly from the sales. How Much: $10.

African Art Bracelet: Each unique, these hand-carved pieces, crafted out of recycled PVC pipe in the Ovahimba tribal tradition by villagers in Namibia, is graced with an AIDS ribbon. Who Benefits: Individuals recieve care services, food, and schooling for children of this Namibian village and other areas of Africa hard-hit by AIDS. How Much: $25.
