One Heartland’s Holiday in the Heartland
Like many HIV/AIDS-related organizations, One Heartland has seen their work curtailed by the COVID-19. The pandemic caused the organization to cancel 2020’s summer camp for children living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. One Heartland depends upon funds raised at their annual Holiday in the Heartland gala and concert to ensure that anyone who wants to go to One Heartland’s summer camp can do so.
This year’s Holiday in the Heartland has morphed into a virtual event beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2020. Attendees can participate in the event’s Silent and Premier Auctions. From 8:00 to 9:00, they will enjoy the music of Har Mar Superstar in an exclusive virtual performance.
Admission to participate in the auctions is free. General Admission for the concert is $35.00. VIP Admission, which includes a VIP swag box for two which contains coffee cups, a candle, s’mores snacks, cocoa, and more, costs $100.00. Sponsorships are also available.
One Heartland provides life-changing summer camp experiences to young people impacted by HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ+ young people, and those experiencing homelessness.
